The YMCA Steps Toward Wellness Walking Program offers a dynamic and inclusive wellness initiative designed to encourage people of all ages and fitness levels to take a step towards a healthier lifestyle.

With an emphasis on the simple yet impactful activity of walking, this program aims to foster community engagement, improve physical fitness, and enhance overall well-being.


Every Wednesday @ 7:30am, 12:00pm, and 5:30pm
