LOW IMPACT

Silver Sneakers Classic/Yoga A fitness program designed for older adults helping to manage health and improve strength, balance, and endurance – classes are 45 minutes typically using weights, elastic bands, and a small exercise ball.

Functional Fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work, or in sports.

Fit-4-Ever focus on total body and core strength while incorporating balance moves and stretches. It is the perfect way for all seniors to improve overall flexibility and strength while increasing their balance and stability. This class may be done seated or standing and may utilize a variety of equipment

MIND & BODY

Pilates A system of exercises using a special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

Tai Chi An ancient Chinese discipline involving a continuous series of controlled usually slow movements designed to improve physical and mental well-being.

Karate A Japanese martial art whose physical aspects seek the development of defensive and counterattacking body movements.

Yoga/Gentle Yoga/ Chair Yoga An alternative way to improve balance & flexibility utilizing a variety of traditional yoga poses & approaches along with some props, including chairs.

CARDIO & STRENGTH

Group Cycle An exhilarating indoor cycle cardio workout inspired by outdoor cycling.

HIIT Training A High-Intensity Interval Training experience: a non-stop, heart-pounding, workout that will leave your body drenched, your muscles fatigued.

Total Body Sculpt A challenging total body strength training workout utilizing all forms of equipment to tone & develop all the muscles of the body.

PiYo The muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout.

Y Strong A challenging total body strength training workout utilizing an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight. If you enjoy classes like Body Pump or ST2, this is the class for you!

Grit + Grace Created for those who are short on time, this 30-minute class will use a combination of HIIT and Tabata intervals to pack an intense, fat burning workout into your lunch break. Add in a faith-based focus, and you’ll find yourself energized and ready to take on the rest of the day.

Zumba/Zumba Lite Perfect for those looking to feel the burn, sweat, and tone their legs, while having fun dancing!

Pound Full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising.

Upper Cuts  An upper body workout that strengthens the shoulders, triceps, biceps, upper back and chest using dumbbells and/or a weighted bar. Core included.

Below the Belt A lower body workout that targets the glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, abductors and adductors. Core included.
